The Main House

The Main House sleeps a maximum of 9 people in 4 bedrooms. The accommodation consists of:

• Very large kitchen/dining room
• 3 double bedrooms (Master Bedroom, Kitchen-level Bedroom, Terrace Bedroom), plus Tower Room for up to 3 people, with 1 double and 2 single beds. The Terrace Bedroom has its own entrance and is effectively a separate suite
• Guest cloakroom next to the kitchen/dining room
• Salotto (drawing-room) with Satellite TV, DVD player, VHS video, library, hi-fi, Bose portable i-Pod docking station, computer and printer with broadband internet access, and Yamaha Clavinova professional electric piano
• Utility room with 2 washing machines, 2 tumble dryers, additional large fridge, additional dishwasher, portable Barbecue, ironing machine, ice making machine. and Technogym professional exercise bike

The house is furnished to a high standard, centrally heated, with modern equipment in a traditional setting. All bed-linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly by Marisa, our cook.
 
Any party of more than 9 or requiring more than 4 bedrooms must rent at least one capanna (Middle Capanna or Aia Capanna) in addition to the Main House.
