Ripertoli is a 1000-year-old farmhouse 20 km south of Florence, in its own secluded 40-acre-estate, with magnificent views of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps up to 17 comfortably, in a main house and 2 close-by cottages. We only let the property as one unit to a single client at a time; outside High Season the main house can be rented on its own. There are 8 double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, a lovely large swimming pool, and over an acre of well-irrigated garden. The property is furnished and maintained to a very high standard. Marisa has been our housekeeper for over 20 years, helped by her family who also maintain the garden and pool. An outstanding local cook is available if required. The charming towns of Greve-in-Chianti and Panzano are both within a 10-minute drive.
 
Ripertoli is a family home which we have improved and developed since acquiring it in 1988. We take great pleasure in ensuring that its comfort and facilities are at the highest level, and are rewarded by 80% of our guests coming either by personal recommendation or on a return visit.
